Blackwatch Investigations believes an initial website inquiry should collect only what is needed to arrange a conversation.
Information the inquiry form collects
The inquiry form asks for a name, email address, optional phone number, general investigation type, optional city or county and state, general timing, and an optional short note. It does not request attachments.
Visitors are instructed not to submit names of subjects or witnesses, allegations, case numbers, exact addresses, personal identifying numbers, medical or financial information, passwords, evidence, or documents.
How inquiry information is used
Information submitted through the form is used to review and respond to a request for contact, assess whether Blackwatch may be able to assist, protect the website from misuse, and maintain appropriate business records.
Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship, guarantee confidentiality, or mean that Blackwatch has accepted the matter.
Service providers and disclosure
OpenAI Sites hosts the website. Supabase processes and stores inquiry records in the Black Watch application. Authorized Black Watch coordinators review the private inbox. Submission does not send an email or text message; receipt and response are separate steps.
Blackwatch does not sell website inquiry information. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to operate the inquiry process, protect rights or safety, or comply with applicable legal obligations.
Retention and security
Inquiry and case records are retained for follow-up, business history and audit review. They are not automatically deleted when declined or closed. Contact Black Watch to request correction or discuss deletion; records may need to be retained for applicable obligations or disputes. The form limits collection and submission volume, and does not put inquiry contents in page URLs or browser storage. Hosting providers may process routine connection information; the application keeps a daily keyed address hash for abuse limits.
No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Visitors should use the form only for the limited, general information it requests and wait for instructions before sharing sensitive materials.
